Accordingly, we have developed these Payment, Cancellation & Refund Terms (these Terms) to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights with respect to payments, cancellations and refunds made in relation to Elvanto registration services (Registration Services) via our website (our Website).

Pricing

All prices quoted on our Website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on our Website from time to time and without notice to you.

Payments

Payment frequency

Payments for the Registration Services may be made via:

  • recurring monthly payments;
  • recurring six-monthly payments; or
  • recurring annual payments.

Payment methods

Payment for the Registration Services must be made via credit card or PayPal.

Payment via credit card:

  • You may choose to pay by credit card for automatic billing only.

Payment via PayPal:

  • We will send you an invoice for each billing cycle, with a link to pay via PayPal.

Payment dates

All payments made to Elvanto for Registration Services must be made in accordance with your nominated payment option (for example, monthly, six-monthly or annual).

For the purpose of calculating payment dates, the commencement date for the Registration Services will be the date on which you register for the Registration Services (the Commencement Date).

Monthly payments

The first payment will be processed on the Commencement Date. Subsequent payments will be made on each monthly anniversary of the Commencement Date.

Six-monthly payments

The first payment will be processed on the Commencement Date. Subsequent payments will be made on each six-month anniversary of the Commencement Date.

Annual payments

The first payment will be processed on the Commencement Date. Subsequent payments will be made on each one-year anniversary of the Commencement Date.

If a payment is due to be processed on a non-business day, which includes public holidays in Queensland, we will process the payment on the next business day.

Cancellation of Registration Services

In the event that you wish to cancel your Registration, you may do so at any time by logging into your account, viewing the Admin Area > Billing & Plan page and filling in the 'Cancel Account' form. However, you will not be entitled to a refund for any Registration Services that you have already paid for, unless you have an entitlement under these Terms. Cancellation must be actioned by a Super Admin for an account.

Refunds

If you are concerned about your entitlement to a refund relating to Registration Services, we recommend that you read on to learn about your rights and our obligations to you.

Entitlement to a refund

You will only be entitled to a refund for Registration Services where you have an entitlement under any relevant laws.

In the event that you believe that you are entitled to a refund for Registration Services, you must provide us with the reason for claiming the refund.

You will not be entitled to a refund for Registration Services where you have simply changed your mind or if you no longer require the Registration Services.

Issue of refunds

If you are entitled to a refund relating to your Registration Services, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used by you. Please email us if you have not received your refund within 72 hours of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.

How refunds are calculated

If you have paid for a 12 months subscription in advance and request a refund within the first 9 months from the original payment, your entitled refund will be adjusted so that it does not include the original 20% discount received.

If you have paid for a 6 months subscription in advance and request a refund within the first 6 months from the original payment, your entitled refund will be adjusted so that it does not include the original 10% discount received.

If you pay monthly, you will not be entitled for a refund if it is requested after your final payment has been deducted.

All refunds incur a $10 USD admin fee.

Governing law

The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these Payment, Cancellation & Refund Terms.
