How does your pricing work?

Elvanto charges by the amount of active adults stored in your account. An active adult is someone who attends your services, volunteers or gives financially. View our pricing explained section for more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through both credit card and PayPal.

Do you offer discounts if I pay upfront?

We offer a 10% discount if you choose to pay 6 months at a time, and a 20% discount if you choose to pay 12 months at a time.

Are there any set-up fees or contracts?

There are no set-up fees and you're never locked into a contract. You can cancel any time!

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime, even if you pay upfront. Any unused credits from your old plan will to go towards the new plan. Read more about how upgrade costs are calculated.

How do I upgrade to a paid plan?

If you are on an active trial, click the red Buy Now button at the top of your trial account. If your trial has expired, simply log into your account and you will be presented with a list of plans to choose from.

Pricing explained

Elvanto charges by the amount of active adults stored in your account. An active adult is someone who attends your services, volunteers or gives financially.

We don't charge for active children, and aren't strict when it comes to the age limit of a child. If they still live at home and attend church with parents, leaving them as a child is totally fine!

You may have community contacts or people who attended your church at one stage, but no longer attend. If you'd like to retain and keep track of these people's details, they can be stored in the system at no charge.

There are two ways to facilitate these non-active members: mark them as Contacts or Archived.

Contacts are people whose information you can still access, keep in contact with and invite to events. The main limitation when it comes to Contacts is that you can only edit certain information on their profile. This includes:

  • Name
  • Contact Details (Email, Phone Numbers, Address)
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • School Grade
  • Marital Status and Anniversary
  • Demographics and Locations

Archived people are by default hidden from view. You can include archived people in reports but if you wish to access their profiles, you will need to reactivate them as a Contact or an Active person.

How does the free trial work?

During the trial you get a fully functional Elvanto account. You can use Elvanto as though you were a paying customer for the full duration of the trial.

Do you offer assistance with data migration?

Can I import from another database?

Yes! Importing information from your old system is easy! There’s a step-by-step guide on how to do this here. We can also help with migrating your data into Elvanto. Contact our support team anytime.

How secure is my information?

What languages do you support?

Elvanto is currently available in 7 languages – English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Norwegian, German and Russian, but there is always a number of translations in production. For more information regarding translations, check out Translating Elvanto.

What are the system requirements?

Elvanto is a cloud-based application that works in most web browsers, so there's no need to download or install any software to your computer. There are a few browser related settings you’ll want to make sure are enabled. Visit our System Requirements page for more details.
